Filing 73 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER denying 60 Motion for Summary Judgment; In sum, the Court denies the Defendants motion for summary judgment as to (1) the Plaintiffs claim of discrimination in violation of the ADA against Suffolk County and (2 ) the Plaintiffs claim of retaliation in violation of the ADA against Suffolk County, and (3) the Plaintiffs state law claims sounding in in disability and age discrimination in violation of the NYSHRL against all the Defendants, except the Suffolk C ounty Sherriffs Department. The motion is otherwise granted. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the Suffolk County Sheriffs Department as a party to this action.
