No. 92), which the Court construes to be objections to Magistrate Judge Lindsay's June 19, 2012 and July 5, 2012 orders, plaintiffs objections are overruled and his motion is denied. Filing 12 OPINION AND ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; denying 3 Motion to Appoint Counsel. It is ORDERED that plaintiff's claims against the NHCC, s/h/a the NUMC; Miller, s/h/a the IGU Sergeant; Camanitti, s/h/a the Mail Room Sergeant, Law Library Sergeant, Housing Unit Maintenance Supervisor and Commissary Supervisor; the Food Administration Supervisor; O'Kanta; Gehi; Edwards; and the NCCC, as well as his claims relating to the pricing and selection at the NCCC's commisary, are sua sponte dismissed with prejudice, unless plff files an amended complaint in accordance with this Order within 30 days from the date this Order is served with notice of entry upon him, and that the complaint shall be ame nded to substitute the County of Nassau for the NCCC; and it is further, ORDERED, that the Clerk of Court: (a) issue summonses as to dfts County of Nassau, Sposato, Hues, Boid, Harvey, Kahl, Vega, Hardy and Anderson, (b) serve a copy of this order, t ogether with courtesy copies of the summonses and complaint, upon the Nassau County Attorney and (c) serve notice of entry of this order upon all parties; and it is further ORDERED that the United States Marshal Service serve the summonses and compla int, together with a copy of this order, upon dfts County of Nassau, Sposato, Hues, Boid, Harvey, Kahl, Vega, Hardy and Anderson without prepayment of the filing fee; and it is further ORDERED that within 30 days of the date this Order is served upon it, the Nassau County Attorney's Office shall attempt to ascertain the identities of "Officer G" and "Officer, Badge No. 2783" and provide that information to the Court. The Court certifies that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. SO ORDERED.
