The only remaining claims are the New York common law claims against the County Defendant s, and the Section 1983 due process, intimate association, and malicious abuse of process claims against Defendants Leahey, McGrath, Williams, and Ferro.The Court notes that there is a motion to stay discovery pending the outcome of this motion prese ntly before Magistrate Judge William D. Wall. Thus, the Court hereby REFERS this action to Judge Wall for all remaining pretrial matters.Counsel for the County Defendants is ORDERED to serve a copy of this Memorandum and Order on the pro se Plaintiff and to file proof of service forthwith.
