Filing 37 ORDER granting 23 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court grants defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's federal claims in their entirety. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over plaintiff's state law claims and these claims are dismissed without prejudice.
