Filing 9 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - ORDERED that John Pickering-George (adopted) John R. Daley, Jr., is enjoined from filing any new in forma pauperis action against the parties listed herein, in this Court without first obtaining leave of Court. The Clerk o f Court is directed to return to Mr. Pickering- George, without filing, any new in forma pauperis action against any of the above-named defendants or related defendants which is received without a separate application seeking leave to file. If the C ourt grants Mr. Pickering-George leave to file a new action, the civil action shall be filed and assigned a civil docket number. If leave to file is denied, Mr. Pickering-George's submission shall be filed on the Court's miscellaneous docke t. Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit Plaintiff from filing an appeal of this Memorandum and Order; however, the court certifies pursuant to pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is granted, and the Complaint is sua sponte dismissed with prejudice. Entry of judgment sh all be stayed for thirty (30) days to afford Plaintiff an opportunity to show cause. Plaintiff is directed to show cause within thirty (30) days, why an order barring him from filing any new in forma pauperis action concerning his requests for documents from the Defendants herein or related to any of his prior cases in this Court, without first obtaining leave of court, should not be entered against him.
