Filing 200 ORDER: Before the Court are the parties' requests to amend the Judgment dated August 31, 2022, (ECF No. 192 ), awarding Plaintiff attorneys' fees and costs. (ECF Nos. 198 , 199 .) Upon consideration of the partie' submissions, the Court amends the Order dated August 31, 2022, (ECF No. 191 ), to award Plaintiff $6,072.74, not $6,072.12, in costs. Filing 191 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: For the foregoing reasons (Please See Order for Further Details), the Court affirms and adopts the well-reasoned R&R in its entirety as the opinion of the Court. Plaintiff's motion for attorney's f ees and costs is GRANTED. Accordingly, Plaintiff is awarded $1,121,666.96 in attorney's fees and $6,072.12 in costs.
