Filing 13 ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. SO ORDERED that plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is granted and the complaint is sua sponte dismissed with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B ). Plaintiff is directed to show cause on or before March 19, 2012, why an order should not issue enjoining him from filing any new action or proceeding in this Court without first obtaining leave of court. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. CM to pro se plaintiff. Ordered by Judge Sandra J. Feuerstein on 2/21/2012. (Florio, Lisa) |
