June 15, 2012	Filing 18 ORDER granting 12 Motion to Dismiss. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiff's complaint is granted. However, in an abundance of caution, the Cour t grants plaintiff leave to replead her termination claim to address how, for example, her chronic cholecystitis was linked to her pregnancy, and the duration of the illness. Furthermore, the Court grants plaintiff leave to replead her termination cl aim under the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, which amended Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Plaintiff may file an amended complaint within thirty days of the issuance of this Order. Failure to file an amended complaint will result in dismissal of the complaint with prejudice. SO ORDERED.
