Filing 43 ORDER granting 32 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth herein, plaintiffs motion for summary judgment is granted in part and denied in part, and defendants cross-motion for summary judgment is denied in its entirety. Specifically , the Court holds that JJ Squared and Sheehan are jointly and severally liable for copyright infringement. However, genuine disputes of material fact preclude summary judgment with respect to Ramas liability and the requested relief. Plaintiffs may renew their application for relief and for attorneys fees and costs after the resolution of the aforementioned factual issues. SO ORDERED. Ordered by Judge Joseph F. Bianco on 12/26/2013. (Chipev, George) |
