The Court: (1) grants the plaintiffs motion for a default judgment as against defendant Fly Micr onesia LLC, d/b/a Fly Guam and (2) awards the plaintiff: $1,678,414.55 in unpaid balance on the contract; interest on the unpaid balance at a rate of 10% from December 18, 2011 to the date of entry of the judgment; and $393.30 in costs , and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of the plaintiff as set forth above, and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case. Ordered by Judge Arthur D. Spatt on 9/10/2012. 5 Motion for Default Judgment terminated. Copy of Order forwarded to Judgment Clerk via electronic notification and inter-office mail.
