Filing 7 ORDER granting 3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; denying 5 Motion to Appoint Counsel. SO ORDERED that plaintiffs application to proceed in forma pauperis is granted; the complaint is sua sponte dismissed with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915A and 1915(e)(2) unless plaintiff files an amended complaint in accordance with this Order on or before July 2, 2012; and plaintiffs application for the appointment of pro bono counsel is denied without prejudice. Pursua nt to Rule 77(d)(l) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve notice of entry of this order upon all parties, including mailing a copy of this order to plaintiff at his last known address. The Court certifie s pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
