Filing 45 MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting in part and denying in part 41 Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum & Order, the sole remaining claims are (i) the Section 1983 cla im against Defendant Nassau County and (ii) the declaratory and injunctive relief portions of the Section 1983 claim against Defendants Michael J.
