MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER - Having reviewed the Plaintiff's motion and the Defendants' responsive submissions, the Court finds that the demanding standard for reconsideration has not been met by the Plaintiff. For the foregoing reaso ns, it is hereby ORDERED, that the Plaintiffs motion for leave to file an amended motion for reconsideration of the judgment of the Court dated May 30, 2013 is granted; and it is further ORDERED, that the Plaintiffs original motion for reconsideratio n is denied as moot; and it is further ORDERED, that the amended motion for reconsideration of the judgment is denied; and it is further ORDERED, that the request for attorneys fees by the United Defendants is denied.
