Filing 77 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 60 Motion to Intervene; denying 63 Motion for Leave to Electronically File Document under Seal. Presently before the Court is the defendants' motion seeking leave to file under seal documents filed in oppositio n to their motion for summary judgment. Additionally before the Court is the motion of Newsday LLC ("Newsday") and News 12 Company ("News 12") (collectively, the "Press Intervenors") to intervene for the purpose of, inte r alia, opposing that motion, and the motion of Suffolk County Police Benevolent Association ("PBA") to intervene to oppose the Press Intervenors' motion. Also before the Court is defendants' motion for summary judgment. For the r easons set forth below, the defendants' motion to seal is denied, the Press Intervenors' motion to intervene is granted, the PBA' s motion to intervene is granted, and the defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted. For th e reasons set forth above, defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted. However, defendants' motion to seal is denied. The Press Intervenors' and PBA's motions to intervene are granted. Defendants are to file all summary judgment papers on the public docket within seven (7) days of this Order. Additionally, Docket Entries 49, 57, 63, and 66 shall be unsealed.
