ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72, this Court has reviewed the August 18, 2014 Report and Recommendation for clear error, and, finding none, adopts the August 18, 2014 Report and Recommendation as the opinion of the Court.
