For the reasons set forth in the attached Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, the Court holds that Defendant violated Plaintiff's Fourth Amendment right to be free from the use of deadly force when h e shot the Second Gunshot at Plaintiff. Plaintiff is hereby awarded the amount of $475,000 as compensation for his physical and mental pain and suffering.
