Filing 19 ORDER - For the reasons set forth above, the Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. This action is hereby consolidated for all pre-trial purposes, with 12CV-5103 and both actions shall proceed under docket number 12-CV- 5103. The Clerk of Court shall: (1) amend the caption in accordance with this Order, (2) administratively close the action assigned docket number 12-CV-5911, and (3) forward to the United States Marshal for the Eastern District of New York copies of the Summons, Complaints, and this Order for service upon Defendant Sposato without prepayment of the filing fee. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Filing 7 ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to forward copies of the summonses for Defendants Merchant and Santiago, the Complaint and this Order to the United States Marshal Service for service on the named Defendants forthwith. The Clerk of the Court shall send a copy of the Complaint and this Order to the Nassau County Attorney pursuant to Valentin v. Dinkins. The Nassau County Attorney is hereby requested to produce the information specified above regarding the identities and service addresses of the corrections officers by January 7, 2013. Once this information is provided, Plaintiff's Complaint sh all be deemed amended to reflect the full names of the John Doe Defendants, summonses shall be issued and the Court shall direct service on these Defendants. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
