ORDER granting 20 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution; granting 17 Motion to Dismiss. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court hereby grants Defendants' motion to dismiss as unopposed, and dismisses this case with prejudice for failure to prosecute. The Court declines to order sanctions against Plaintiffs counsel at this time. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close the case. (Ordered by Judge Leonard D.
