July 10, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 28 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72, this Court has reviewed the June 5, 2013 Report and Recommendation for clear error, and finding none, now concurs in both its rea soning and its result. Accordingly, the May 28, 2013 Stipulation 26 is hereby "So Ordered," and the Court directs that the Clerk of Court enter default judgment in favor of petitioner and against any and all persons or entities who failed to file a claim and/or answer by the March 29, 2013 deadline.
