Filing 61 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 51 Motion for Summary Judgment - Based on the foregoing, the Court grants in part the Defendants motion for summary judgment dismissing the federal claims - namely, the first th rough eighth causes of action - over which the Court has original jurisdiction. Further, the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law causes of action, which are dismissed without prejudice to refiling in the appropriate forum.
