It is hereby ORDERED, that the motion to dismiss by the Village Defendants and the Individual Defendants is granted and the amended complaint is dismissed w ith prejudice except as to the Plaintiffs malicious prosecution claim under 42 U.S.C. §1983 against the Individual Defendants and the Plaintiffs state law malicious prosecution claim against the Village Defendants.
