Filing 69 FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW. For the reasons set forth in the attached Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, the Court holds that Plaintiff has prevailed in its action for breach of contract. After mitigation, and including statutory p rejudgment interest at 9%, the Court finds that EDF's total damages through April 30, 2016 are $10,475,091. In view of the fact that the damage calculation above includes prejudgment interest only through April 30, 2016, Plaintiff is d irected to submit a final judgment for review by this Court within two weeks of the date of these findings of fact and conclusions of law so that final judgment can be entered in this matter.
