CONSENT JUDGMENT: SO ORDERED defts shall pay liquidated damages in the amount of $94,496.49 ($93,529.93 in liquidated damages, plus $966.56 in interest) due certain employees set forth in Exhibit A. Payment of this amount will be made in the total amount by September 29, 2013 which is in accordance with the amounts due and date set forth in Exhibit C. Defts ROLLIN DAIRY CORP. d.b.a. ROLLIN DAIRY and ROLLIN GIANELLA, individually and as President, and MIGUEL MONGE, individually and as Vice-President, individually and as Secretary, are enjoined and restrained from withholding the payment of a total of $187,615.36 ($187,059.75 in overtime compensation, plus $555.61 in interest) due certain employees set forth in E xhibit B. Payment of this amount will be made in the total amount by April 29, 2014 which is in accordance with the amounts due and dates set forth in Exhibit B. Defts shall pay civil money penalties in the amount $6,843.76 ($6,776.00 in ci vil money penalties, plus $67.76 in interest) no later than May 29, 2014. Payment shall be made by separate cashier or certified check[s] made payable to "Wage and Hour Division - Labor" with "Civil Money Penalty - FLSA Case No. 1644783" written on the face of the check for $6,843. 76. Payment of this amount will be made in accordance with the amount and due date set forth in Exhibit C. Ordered by Judge Sandra J. Feuerstein on 7/10/2013. (Florio, Lisa)
