MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The Court hereby adopts the R&R, for the reasons stated above, and dismisses each of Dingle's complaints. The Court also adopts Judge Pohorelsky's Report & Recommendation of January 22, 2014, and denies Dingle's motion to compel payment on the settlement agreement. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment and close each case. Ordered by Chief Judge Carol Bagley Amon on 3/11/2014. (Fernandez, Erica)
