ORDER granting 35 Motion for Reconsideration ; granting 36 Motion for Leave to File. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants defendants' motion for reconsideration. Defendants' motion for summary judgment on plaintiff' s claims is granted, and plaintiff's complaint is dismissed. Additionally, defendants' motion for judgment on their counterclaim is granted in the amount of $17,966.26.
