Filing 5 MEMORANDUM & ORDER. As outlined in the Order, Plaintiffs' second cause of action is sua sponte DISMISSED and the remaining claims by all Plaintiffs other than those of the first-named plaintiffs, RAY and JOANN SMITH, are sua sponte SEVERED and D ISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to commencing a separate action for claims related to each insurance policy issued by Defendant. Any plaintiff wishing to commence a separate action must do so within 30 days of the date of this Order. Additionally, the sta tute(s) of limitations for any claim asserted herein is tolled for 30 days from the date of this Order. Parties James Jackson, William F. McDonnell, William J.
