December 21, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 117 MEMORANDUM & ORDER: Presently before the Court is the motion by Defendants County of Nassau ("Nassau County"), Nassau County Correctional Center ("NCCC"), Nassau County Sheriff's Department ("Sheriffs Department"), Correction Officer Robert Lobosco ("Lobosco"), Correction Officer Thomas Wallace ("Wallace"), Correction Officer Jeffrey Colleti ("Colleti"), and Corporal Kevin Czubakowski ("Czubakowski," and together with Lo bosco, Wallace, and Colleti, the "IndividualDefendants") for summary judgment dismissing this civil rights action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56. (ECF No. 114 ). Plaintiff Shakeria Littles claims stem from the killing of he r brother, Antwan Brown ("Brown"), in the NCCC by another inmate on January 7, 2012. For the reasons stated above (SEE ATTACHED ORDER for details), Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED and this action is DISMISSED.
