For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, Plaintiff's motion to conditionally certify this action as an FLSA collective action pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 216(b ) is denied. Discovery will proceed on Plaintiffs claims asserted on behalf of herself on an expedited basis. See attached Memorandum and Order for relevant dates and deadlines. A pretrial conference has been scheduled for December 28, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in courtroom 820 of the Central Islip courthouse. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Steven I. Locke on 8/8/2016.
