Plaintiffs' remaining state law claims are REMANDED to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Suffolk. Plaintiffs' motion to remand the state law claims (Docket Entry 3), which seeks remand on different grounds than those stated herein, is DENIED AS MOOT.
