DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 20 Motion to Amend - For the foregoing reasons, the Plaintiffs motion to amend the complaint is granted in part and denied in part. The motion is denied to the extent the Plaintiff seeks to interpose an ADA, ADEA, and FMLA against Dr. Puopolo. The motion is otherwise granted. The Plaintiff is directed to file an amended complaint consistent with this Decision and Order within 14 days of the date of this order. Ordered by Judge Arthur D. Spatt on 2/9/2015.
