Filing 148 FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW. For the reasons set forth in the attached Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, Plaintiffs' fraud and conversion claims are dismissed with prejudice. With respect to Plaintiffs' unjust enrichment claim, the Court directs judgment be entered after trial in Plaintiffs' favor against Defendants Rhino Blades Inc., Tomer Yuzary and Angela Yuzary in the amount of $1,501,110.68, plus $1,818,818.82 in pre-judgment interest, for a tota l of $3,319,929.50, as well as $370.13 in pre-judgment interest per day until judgment is entered, and post-judgment interest at the rate provided for in 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
