ORDER denying Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED. Plaintiff is directed to pay the $400.00 filing fee within fourteen (14) days o f the date of this Order, and failure to do so will lead to the dismissal of his claims without prejudice and without further notice and judgment shall enter. Plaintiff is advised that his payment of the filing fee does not exempt him from the requir ements of 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
