The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case; to mail a certified copy of this order to the clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Suffolk pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 144 7( c); and to serve notice of entry of this Order on all parties in accordance with Rule 77(d)(l) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
