ORDER: SO ORDERED that the Court adopts the Reports factual findings and legalconclusions regarding Plaintiffs federal law claims and its recommendation that the Court decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiffs state law claims. De fts motion to dismiss is granted in its entirety, and the complaint is dismissed. Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint on or before Monday, June 20, 2016.
