The Court grants the motion and dismisses the Plaintiffs cause of action under the NYLL based on unpaid wages. The Court also dismisses the Plaintiffs causes of action based on breach of contract, conversion, and unjust enrichment. The Court denies the motion as to the Plaintiffs causes of action under the ADEA, the NYSHRL, and the NYCHRL, based on age discrimination and discriminatory retaliation.
