Plaintiffs 9; federal claims under Section 1983 are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims, and DISMISSES those claims WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The crossclaims are similarly DISMISSED WIT HOUT PREJUDICE. If Plaintiffs choose to pursue their state law claims, Defendants may assert crossclaims in that forum. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly and mark the case CLOSED.
