Defense counsel initially advised this court that the parties reached a settlement on 10/7/2016 and the Court granted the parties 60 days to file their Stipulation of Discontinuance. On 12/15/2016, the Court granted the parties an extension of time to 2/3/2017 to file said stipulation. No correspondence has been received since that date. If a report is not received by the due date, the case will be closed for failure to prosecute. If the settlement as been finalized, the parties are directed to file the stipulation by said due date.
