OPINION & ORDER: SO ORDERED that the defts motions are granted as set forth herein; plaintiffs claims seeking to quiet title to the subject premises and to vacate any underlying foreclosure judgment regarding the instant parties or predecessors in in terest[,] (Compl. at 5), are dismissed in their entirety pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for lack of subject matter jurisdiction; and plaintiffs remaining claims are dismissed in their entirety with prejudice pursuan t to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to state a claim for a relief.
