April 28, 2017 Opinion or Order ELECTRONIC ORDER granting in part and denying in part #122 Motion to Strike; #123 Motion to Strike. Defendants' motion to strike (Docket Entries 122 and 123) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. By Electronic Order dated November 1, 2016, the Court approved the parties' proposed scheduling order for motions for summary judgment. While the Court acknowledges Plaintiff's failure to timely file her motion for summary judgment and opposition to Defendants' motion, in light of Plaintiff's pro se status, the Court will consider her motion and opposition. However, pursuant to the Court's briefing schedule, briefing on the parties' motions closed on April 10, 2017. Plaintiff has failed to timely file a reply or request an extension of time. As a result, the Court declines to consider any reply filed by Plaintiff. Accordingly, Defendants' request to file documents and/or a sur-reply relative to an untimely reply it received from Plaintiff is moot. Finally, the Court declines to opine on whether Plaintiff improperly submitted ghostwritten papers and DENIES Defendants' request that Plaintiff be directed to submit an affidavit attesting that she prepared her papers without the assistance of counsel.
