ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The Court adopts the findings and recommendations contained in the R&R in their entirety and dismisses the plaintiffs complaints, pursuant to Rule 4l(b) of the Federal Rules ofCivil Procedure, for failure to prosecute his claims and failure to comply with court orders. The Court denies Armor Correctional Health Services' motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute in 15-CV-2927 as moot. The Court also denies plaintiffs application for appointment of counsel in all three cases as moot.The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly and close the cases. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § l 915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith; therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purposes of an appeal.. ORDER granting 20 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; denying 26 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. For the reasons set forth herein, County Defendants' motion to dismiss is denied. However, all claims against N assau County Correctional Center, Nassau County Sheriff's Department, and the Nassau County Department of Health are dismissed. Defendant New York State's motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) is granted, and the claims against it are dismissed. Ordered by Judge Joseph F. Bianco on 3/21/2016. (Dolecki, Lauren)
