Filing 73 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER granting 42 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; granting 48 Motion to Dismiss; granting 49 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; granting 51 Motion to Dismiss; granting 56 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; Based on the foregoing, the Court grants the Defendants motions to dismiss the Plaintiffs complaint in its entirety. Further, the Plaintiffs request for leave to amend the complaint is denied without prejudic e to renewal as a formal motion in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 15, the Local Civil Rules of the Eastern District of New York, and this Courts Individual Rules of Practice. Any such motion to amend shall be filed within 60 days of the date of this order.
