Filing 10 ORDER denying 8 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; denying 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. SO ORDERED that plaintiff's applications for leave to proceed in forma pauperis are denied and plaintiff must pay a fil ing fee in the amount of four hundred dollars ($400.00) to the Clerk of the Court on or before November 30, 2015, or this action will be dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to pr osecute without further notice. Pursuant to Rule 77(d)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Clerk of the Court shall serve notice of entry of this order upon plaintiff as provided in Rule 5(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and re cord such service on the docket. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
