Filing 27 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER - For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants Defendants motions to dismiss solely with respect to the New York State law claims and the Title VII claims against the Individual Defendants. Further, the Court grants th e Plaintiffs motion to file an amended complaint that is limited to three claims against the Corporate Defendants under Title VII for gender discrimination, retaliation, and hostile work environment. Within 30 days of the date of this Order, the Plai ntiff is directed to file an amended complaint consistent with this Order. That is, the Plaintiff may not include in the amended pleading New York State law claims, or Title VII claims against the Individual Defendants. Rather, the amended complaint should only include the three above-mentioned Title VII claims against the Corporate Defendants. The case is referred to United States Magistrate Judge Gary R. Brown for discovery. The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate docket entries 10 , 17 , and 23 . So Ordered by Judge Arthur D. Spatt on 8/15/2016. (Coleman, Laurie) |
