MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - Presently pending before the Court is Plaintiffs' motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction, which seeks to "stay" the foreclosure judgment and the future public auction of Plaintiffs& #039; real property. (Docket Entry 8.) For the following reasons, Plaintiff's motion is DENIED. Accordingly, Plaintiffs have not demonstrated a likelihood of success on the merits or sufficiently serious questions going to the merits to make t hem a fair ground for litigation. Their motion for injunctive relief is therefore DENIED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this Memorandum and Order to pro se Plaintiffs.
