Filing 29 OPINION & ORDER: SO ORDERED that the University's motion to dismiss plaintiffs' claims against it pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is granted; plaintiffs' claims against the University are dismissed in their entirety for lack of personal jurisdiction; and plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction granting the reinstatement of... Smith to [the] University pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is denied. An initial co nference shall be held before me on June 21, 2016 at 11:15 a.m. in Courtroom 1010, at the Central Islip Courthouse, located at 100 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, New York 11722, with respect to plaintiffs remaining claims against WCA. The remaining pa rties shall appear with authority, or with individuals with authority, to settle this matter. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
