Filing 49 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER - For the reasons stated above, the Defendants' 44 motion to vacate the default judgment pursuant to Rule 60 is granted. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to vacate the default judgment and re open the case. The Plaintiff is directed to file records and receipts related to the costs and attorneys' fees incurred in filing his motion for default judgment, and opposing the instant motion.
