For the reasons set forth in the attached order, the Defendants' motion, appearing as Docket No. 18, is hereby granted to the extent that the Confidentiality Order submitted by Defendants, appearing as Docket No. 18-2, is So Ordered. Discovery shall move forward. Should disputes arise as to the de signation of confidential information, the Parties shall follow the steps set forth in the confidentiality order, and raise the issue with the Court at the appropriate time.
