December 27, 2016	Filing 7 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION & ORDER (US Bankruptcy Court- Eastern New York, 8-11-09428-ast) - Accordingly, the decision of the Bankruptcy Court is reversed to the extent that the Debtors fraudulent concealment of his interest in the Rockville Centre Prope rty necessitates a denial of discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A) and the Debtors false oaths regarding his interest in that property and the lawsuit surrounding that concealed interest necessitate a denial of discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(4)(A). The case is remanded to the Bankruptcy Court for the entry of judgment in favor of UGT, and for any further proceedings required consistent with this Memorandum and Order.
