January 9, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 25 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER: Based on the foregoing (PLEASE SEE ORDER FOR FURTHER DETAILS), the Court finds that the Plaintiffs have not shown that they hold genuine and sincere religious beliefs which prohibit vaccinations. Therefore, the Plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction is denied in all respects. The parties are directed to contact United States Magistrate Judge Anne Y. Shields to schedule discovery.
