Filing 6 ORDER - For the reasons set forth above, the Court grants plaintiffs 2 application to proceed in forma pauperis. However, the complaint is barred by the Younger abstention doctrine and therefore fails to allege a plausible claim for relief. Accord ingly, the complaint is sua sponte dismissed with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B) (ii), 1915A(b)(l). The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case and to mail a copy of this Order to the plaintiff. The Court certifi es pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). So Ordered by Judge Joseph F. Bianco on 3/23/16. c/m to pltff by chambers; c/ecf Judgment Clerk. (Coleman, Laurie) |
